Is Arc A770 Worth It?
No, despite its higher price point of €525, the Arc A770 proves disappointing when purchased new. For a similar price, Radeon RX 7700 XT has 27.1% better 3DMark score compared to Arc A770.
In the used market, the Arc A770 fails to justify its value for money. It lags behind the Radeon RX 6800 XT which outperforms it by a lead of 41.5% in 3DMark benchmark.
PSU for Arc A770
Recommended PSU for the Arc A770: about 700 W — the card draws 225 W, a CPU such as the Intel Core i9-13900K about 125 W, and doubling the total leaves headroom for transient spikes. Pick a unit from a reputable tier of the Cultists Network PSU Tier List.
